Company Safety Manual

Plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC work spans hazards that general contractors and prequalification platforms expect fully documented: confined-space entry into mechanical rooms, crawlspaces, and vaults; lockout/tagout on installed systems; brazing and hot work with compressed gases; and the respiratory exposures that come with flux fume and solvents.

The Plumbing & HVAC Quick Pack assembles the 14 written programs this trade points to — including Confined Space Entry, Control of Hazardous Energy (LOTO), Compressed Gas Safety (brazing and oxy-fuel), Respiratory Protection, Welding and Hot Work, Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, Silica (slab cutting and core drilling), Hand and Power Tool, Hazard Communication, PPE, First Aid, and Ergonomics — each written to your company's operations.

Every program is an editable Word (.docx) file you own, and the download leads with a Company Safety Manual Cover Sheet and Master Table of Contents, so it assembles into one organized manual ready to print, tab, and submit.

Is this a company manual or a per-job plan?

This is your company-level written program set — how your company works safely across all jobs. Site-specific plans and job hazard analyses cover individual projects. GCs typically ask for the company manual first; this pack is that foundation.

Does it cover brazing and compressed gas?

Yes. The Compressed Gas Safety and Welding and Hot Work programs cover oxy-fuel and brazing operations, and the Respiratory Protection program addresses flux fume and solvent exposures — each completed for your operations in the labeled fields.

What about refrigerant handling (EPA Section 608)?

Refrigerant handling is an EPA requirement rather than an OSHA one, so it isn't part of this OSHA-focused pack. It's addressed by TemplaKit's EPA programs when that becomes available; this pack covers your OSHA written programs.

Are the files editable and mine?

Yes — editable Word (.docx) files you download, complete, and own. No recurring plan.

How does the credit toward the full build work?

100% of your $199 applies toward the $450 Core OSHA Build if you upgrade later — you're only charged the difference.
