What we do not do
- We do not store, host or manage your employee records, training records or signed pages. What you download is yours to keep and maintain.
- We do not perform or certify physical work — site inspections, air monitoring, noise dosimetry, or lead, asbestos and silica sampling. Those requirements are surfaced and routed to a qualified professional.
- We do not decide or predict the outcome of an inspection, an audit, or a prequalification review. That decision belongs to the inspector, reviewer, portal or hiring client.
- We do not fill in a person's name, signature or date. Those lines arrive blank in every document.
- We do not give employment, insurance coverage or classification advice.
How Standards Watch works
The first twelve-month term comes with the Core OSHA Build, and a term runs $149 a year after that. During a term we track Federal Register notices and OSHA revisions, and email you when a standard your documents cite is amended, so you know a document needs a second look.
It is a notification term, not access to your files. Files you have already downloaded are never changed, rewritten or reached into — they are yours, on your machine. When a term ends, every document you downloaded stays exactly as it is.
As your scope changes
Most businesses carry obligations beyond OSHA. These attach to the same profile when you need them, bought one at a time through the account you keep. Those still in development are marked as such.
