Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through the TemplaKit website and services (the “Service”) provided by TemplaKit (“TemplaKit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Merchant of Record
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record. This means Paddle handles billing and issues any refunds on our behalf. Refund requests are reviewed under this policy and processed through Paddle.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Renewals. Because subscriptions renew automatically and we provide notice of renewal terms at purchase, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us promptly (see below) and we will review your request in good faith.
One-Time Digital Products
Individual documents and downloadable products (such as SOPs, JHAs, dashboards, and programs) are digital goods delivered immediately. Because these are delivered electronically and accessible right away, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
We will, however, consider refunds for one-time digital purchases in cases such as:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item;
- The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical fault on our side;
- The product is materially defective or does not substantially match its description.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@templakit.com within 14 days of the charge, and include your order or transaction details (you can find these in the receipt Paddle emailed you). You may also see refund and billing options directly within Paddle’s receipt or customer portal.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such laws give you greater rights, those rights apply.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
