Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through the TemplaKit website and services (the “Service”) provided by TemplaKit (“TemplaKit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Merchant of Record

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record. This means Paddle handles billing and issues any refunds on our behalf. Refund requests are reviewed under this policy and processed through Paddle.

One-Time Purchases

Every TemplaKit purchase other than a Standards Watch renewal is a one-time digital purchase, delivered immediately: the Core OSHA Build, the Core OSHA Build + KPI Dashboards bundle, single written programs, Trade Quick Packs, and the KPI Dashboards add-on. Access to generate or download what you bought begins as soon as payment is confirmed. In this policy, each of these is called a “purchase.”

14-day refund before first use. If you have not generated or downloaded any document under a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Once any document or workbook has been generated or downloaded under a purchase, that purchase is generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refunds in cases such as:

  • You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • The purchase was not delivered, or is inaccessible, because of a technical fault on our side;
  • The purchase is materially defective or does not substantially match its description.

Credits toward the Core OSHA Build. Amounts paid for single programs and Trade Quick Packs are credited toward a later Core OSHA Build purchase. If a single program or Quick Pack is refunded, its credit is removed; a credit that has already been applied to a Core OSHA Build purchase is not paid out separately.

Standards Watch

Standards Watch is a 12-month term. The first term is included with the Core OSHA Build at no additional charge, so there is nothing to refund on it. After that, each term renews automatically at the then-current price, and we email you at least 30 days before the renewal charge. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date, through the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. The current term then runs to its end and is not charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a term unless required by law. Cancelling changes nothing about the documents you already own.

Because the renewal terms are shown at purchase, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us promptly (see below) and we will review your request in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@templakit.com within 14 days of the charge, and include your order or transaction details (you can find these in the receipt Paddle emailed you). You may also see refund and billing options directly within Paddle’s receipt or customer portal.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such laws give you greater rights, those rights apply.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
